Great location in the centre of Salcombe, spotless house and lots of thoughtful touches (such as a small first aid kit in the kitchen cupboard, salt & pepper, tea bags, sugar, and dishwasher tablets). Plenty of fluffy towels, ample space for clothes and quietly situated. Also the manual left for us on arrival was handy for operating the heating, washing machine etc.
This is a very minor point but perhaps it would have been helpful to know about the condiments, teabags, coffee pods etc on arrival, as we probably ended up bringing unnecessary items.

Location was very central yet up a side 'passage' so it was quiet whilst being one minute walk to the main street. Lovely comfortable cottage, very well-equipped kitchen, nice views.
Nothing - but note that anyone with mobility issues would find the stairs and path up to the cottage a challenge.

Really nice cottage in a good location. A bit steep street but it wasn't an issue for us. Cottage had almost everything you may need especially in the kitchen.
We needed to pick up the keys from a different location. Roughly 10 mins walk but it's not ideal as you have to drop them there too. Also there wasn't any toiletries inside the property.

Location was excellent right in the centre. Property was very clean and comfortable and decoration was very tasteful. All of the small touches of hand wash and kitchen consumables were really welcome. Even the steep slope to the property was not too bad once we got luggage there. We had a trolley to put luggage in….it was amazing…if you have one, take it
A 4 slice toaster would have been very welcome for the number of people. A small table and chairs outside would also have been a lovely addition
