Heerlijk verblijf gehad

Het appartement is klein maar knus. Het is een paar jaar oud maar alles lijkt als nieuw. We verbleven met zijn drietjes, onze dochter op een slaapbank (met topper, dat sliep goed!) en dan is het aan de kleine kant, maar voor een skivakantie, waarbij je meestal weg bent, is het ook met drie prima. Bushalte naar de skipiste is vlak voor de deur. Goed verblijf gehad

Dat het codekastje van de deur naar het skihok het niet meer deed toen we naar huis wilden en we daardoor 1,5 uur hebben moeten wachten tot iemand ons kon helpen onze spullen te pakken. Misschien handig om een fysieke sleutel naar het skihok ergens te leggen zodat je er altijd in kan

Bestimmt nicht mein letzter Besuch und Aufenthalt!

Freundlicher Kontakt zur Begrüßung und zur Schlüsselübergabe, kurze und verständliche Einweisung bzw. Vorstellung der Ferienwohnung, ruhige Umgebung und ein modernes, neuwertiges Gebäude in direkter Nähe zur Natur. Somit ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Touren.

Wohnung top - Service flop

Ausstattung, Sauberkeit.

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Apartment mit guter Ausstattung. Leider wurden wir (zwei Freunde, Mitte 30) bereits von der für den Check-in zuständigen Dame sehr unfreundlich empfangen. Wir parkten unser Auto kurz vor der Haustüre, da wir nicht wussten, wo wir hin mussten. Daraufhin wurden wir in sehr forschem Ton auf den Besucherparkplatz verwiesen. Am selben Abend wurde ich von besagter Dame um 00.30 Uhr angerufen und beschuldigt, dass aus unserem Apartment lautes Getrampel und Ruhestörungen zu vernehmen seien. Ich erwiderte verdutzt, dass meine Begleitung bereits schlafe, und ich lediglich die Dusche benutzt hätte - sie würde die Geräusche selbst von unten hören. Es waren auch andere Leute im Haus. Uns erschloss sich nicht, warum wir Quelle des vermeintlichen Lärms gewesen sein sollten. Bei der Bezahlung der Endreinigung (muss zwingend bar erfolgen), wurde mir der Müllbeutel in die Hand gedrückt - ich müsste den Müll nun noch trennen (was prinzipiell in Ordnung ist). Es stünde schließlich in der Hausordnung. In der Küche war lediglich EIN Behälter für Müll. Ich war viel in der Welt unterwegs, allerdings habe ich dieses Ausmaß an Unfreundlichkeit noch nie erlebt. Auf den (meinerseits freundlichen) Hinweis, dass ein mit unberechtigten Anschuldigungen gespickter Anruf um 00:30 nicht gastfreundlich sei, und ich dies dem Besitzer rückmelden würde, wurde ich wiederum unfreundlich verabschiedet. Man fühlte sich wie ein abgestrafter Teenager. Wir empfehlen niemandem, dort unterzukommen.
