The apartment is very nice with high ceilings, a spacious kitchen, living room and bathroom. The location was very close to Les Halles and the Papal Palace. The apartment was quiet except at night on the weekends when young party-goers were making lots of noise in the street (not the fault of the hosts)
There was confusion on receiving the entry code to the apartment. I was expecting the entry code by email as all the communications had been via email. But to get the code on day of arrival, you need to log into the Booking.com website. This really wasn't the fault of the hosts. I think Booking.com needs to clarify this in any emails sent.
On the checkout date it was raining very hard. I asked to host to reserve a taxi for me as I only had email and WhatsApp (no phone). They would not reserve a taxi for me. I walked to the train station in the rain with my luggage. I think that in the US, Canada or the UK, the host would have called the taxi on behalf of the occupant.

立地がよかった。建物は古かったが清掃してあり水も電気も通っていた。オーナーがたくさん情報提供してくれる。こちらの質問に迅速に答えてくれる。

L’appartement était mignon, l’emplacement est bien.
L’appartement n’était pas très propre. Porte casser, 1 verrou sur 5 pour fermer la porte, pas très rassurant, on n’a eu des soucis la première nuit..
Pas de climatisations, on meurt de chaud dans l’appartement.
