Wohnung in toller Lage mit zufriedenstellenden Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Tolle Lage. Bei Ankunft war die Wohnung sauber und ordentlich und hatte alles was man braucht.

Die Wohnung ist wie abgebildet aber deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Mussten ein wenig über die Geschirrspültabs schmunzeln, da die Wohnung keine Geschirrspülmaschine hat. Die Matratze im Schlafzimmer war wie ein Brett. Ich persönlich hätte mir ein Mäppchen mit WLAN Code, Hausordnung und Informationen gewünscht. Der Eingangsbereich war leider auch nicht unbedingt einladend. Da sollte die Putzkolonne mehr darauf achten bzw. den Auftrag erhalten auch dort regelmäßig zu reinigen. Spinnennetze und Blätter im Eingangsbereich und auf der Treppe geben ein schlechtes erstes Bild ab. Gleiches gilt für den Waschmaschinenraum (den wir dann auch irgendwann gefunden haben) und die Möbel hinter dem Eingang.
