Location was good, very close to Thamel and many other main market
cleanliness could have been better with room amenities filled, but staff were quick to bring when asked

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel de Universal! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The rooftop view was breathtaking and a great spot to relax. I also loved the convenience of having the hotel’s own restaurant and bakery café, which served delicious food and coffee. The location in the heart of Thamel was perfect, with everything within walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!
