Mohammed était très accueillant et très gentil. Il a tout fait pour que notre séjour se passe bien et était disponible à tout moment. Il s’est adapté à nous alors que nous sommes arrivés tard le soir et que ça n’était pas prévu et que nous sommes partis très tot le matin.
L’endroit était très beau, calme et propre. Les chambres sont confortables et pratiques.
Le petit déjeuner est bon et variée.
L’endroit est un peu difficile à trouver au debut quand on ne connaît pas.
Nous pensions qu’il y’aurait une terrasse ouverte ou une terrasse aménagé au toit mais à notre connaissance le seul espace commun est celui vers la piscine avec des fauteuils à l’intérieur du Riadh(tout aussi joli)

This riad was beautiful inside and peaceful. The room was large and spacious and the bed was comfortable. We were provided extra towels and pillows when asked. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was very refreshing after 8 hours wandering around in 36° heat. Location wise it was about a 15 minute walk from the square but there were plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops within 5 minutes.
We had a problem with the water. The shower was a trickle and took around 7 minutes for the water to get warm. This was disappointing as after a long day it would have been nice to have a proper relaxing shower. We did raise it 2 or 3 times but nothing was done. The tap to the sink barely had water as well. Unfortunately this is the reason why we have given the riad a lower score.
Also we were a little disappointed that the breakfast was not as shown in the pictures. We were told on our 1st day it is different every day. We chose to go to a cafe every morning instead.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, die Chefin des Hauses spricht sehr gut Englisch, hat für alle Fragen ein offenes Ohr, ist gut erreichbar und reagiert schnell. Sehr liebenswürdig hat sie unserem Sohn immer wieder Tee aufs Zimmer gebracht, als er mit einer Grippe im Bett lag.
Das Zimmer war OK: Täglicher Service, keinerlei unangenehme Gerüche, Dusche und WLAN haben gut funktioniert und über die Heizung waren wir sehr froh. Die schöne Dachterrasse konnten wir wetterbedingt leider nicht nutzen. Die Hellhörigkeit ist der Tatsache geschuldet, dass es sich nicht um ein modernes Hotel handelt - also völlig OK.
Es ist rund um die Uhr immer Personal im Haus.
Die Lage ist (abgesehen vom Trümmerfeld vor dem Eingang) ganz gut: Man geht raus und ist mitten im Leben, viele Spots sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
Der erste Eindruck war abschreckend: Das Haus ist schwer zu finden und der Eingang kaum zu erkennen. Hierzu läuft man in einem Hinterhof an den vermüllten Bautrümmern eines abgerissenen Hauses entlang, wo es nach Katzenkot stinkt und man aufpassen muss, wo man den Fuß hinsetzt. Unweigerlich fragt man sich, wo man hier gelandet ist (hat man dann die Tür hinter sich geschlossen, dann ist der Eindruck glücklicherweise ein ganz anderer).
Die Ausstattung war teilweise etwas abgenutzt (ausgebrochene Fliesen im Waschbecken, halb kaputte Klobürste).
Das Frühstück ist von der süßen teigigen Sorte, man würde sich mehr Variation wünschen: Jeden Tag die gleiche Marmelade, der gleiche Streichkäse, der gleiche Teig... eine zweite Woche hätten wir es nicht haben wollen. Aber man kann definitiv satt werden.
Etwas Irritierend: Das junge Personal spricht weder Englisch noch Französisch (AI hilft).
