Ruhige Lage, es könnte ganz gemütlich sein

Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr minimalistisch, wenn man lediglich morgens einen Kaffee trinken möchte, reicht es, aber es gibt weder einen Toaster ( laut Ausstattungsliste vorhanden), Brotmesser: Fehlanzeige, an Gläsern nur 2 Wassergläser ( die Wohnung wird für 3 Personen angeboten) kein Weinglas oder Bierglas. Für Geschäftsleute, die nur zum Schlafen in der Wohnung sind, ist es ausreichend, aber als Ferienwohnung, in der man sich selbst komplett verpflegen möchte, würde ich es nicht empfehlen. Was aber eine echte Zumutung ist, dass das Wohn-/Esszimmer sehr kalt war und es trotz Einstellung der Heizung auf 5, nicht warm wurde. Über Nacht ging die Heizung komplett aus ( Außentemperatur um 0 C, das Zimmer befindet sich über Garagen, daher sehr fußkalt ), so dass es morgens um 6 Uhr lediglich 16 C waren, gegen 7 Uhr waren es 17 C. Den Vermieter hatte ich per Mail kontaktiert, da ich um 6.50 Uhr noch nicht klingeln wollte, aber es gab keine Reaktion, am nächsten Morgen dann nochmal ein Anruf auf die Mailbox, woraufhin um 17 Uhr der Rückruf erfolgte. Die Heizung wurde kontrolliert, aber als warm eingestuft ( wenn man aus der Kälte kommt, erscheint einem zunächst die Temperatur natürlich warm), so dass nichts passierte. Ich habe mir ein Thermometer ausgeliehen, dass die 16C bestätigen. Bei einem Preis von 427€ in der absoluten Nebensaison im November erwarte ich eine komfortable Wohnung. Ich hatte bereits im Oktober die Wohnung über Booking bezahlt und eine Rechnung angefordert. Bei Ankunft hatte ich nochmal darauf hingewiesen, dass ich diese noch nicht erhalten habe. Erst nach dem Aufenthalt habe ich 2 Tage später die Rechnung erhalten, allerdings fehlerhaft, auf die korrigierte Rechnung warte ich noch.
