Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged. 5. 【NO SHOES】 We appreciate that you are helping to take care of the cleanliness of our house! Please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the house. 6.【Self Catering】 This is a self catering home. We will provide an initial starter supply such as toilet paper, etc. Extra supplies will need to be purchased from the store at your cost. 7.【Early check-in】 We’ll be happy to accommodate early check-in but there is an early check-in fee of $200. Availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival, so we can ONLY approve on a case by case basis once confirming with our cleaners that the home will be ready. If you are not sure, please leave them inside house and let the cleaner take care of them. 10. 【Lost & Found】 Please take all of your personal belongings before you check out.
