This Istrian stone villa in Cehici is located near the town of Porec and offers 3 bedrooms. The house is very suitable for a holiday with families travelling together or a larger group. In the well-kept garden with Mediterranean plants, you can use the private swimming pool and the spacious sun terrace. The terrace is fenced and ensures complete privacy.
The centre of Porec is 15 km away. Here you can also take a dip in the sea. It's also possible to rent bicycles; bike rental is also 15 km away. Restaurants are located just 1.5 km away.
The holiday home is furnished in a traditional way with beamed ceilings.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted The holiday home is situated on the same property as the house of the homeowner It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
