Huge soaring 16 ft high waterfalls, beach access pool & hot tub. The North side of the property carries on the Feng Shei 20 ft double waterfall. The exterior of this property is a wonder. Beautiful 7500-gallon koi pond on the west side of the compound with waterfall, koi fish, and turtles, surrounded by an oasis of palm trees and lush foliage. A dining table for eight is situated next to the pond. The lagoon-like pool has multiple cascading waterfalls, “beach access”, a hot tub, lots of lounging space poolside as well as decks overlooking the pool with even more sitting areas. The pool is surrounded by a lush tropical garden, statuary, and dozens of palm trees of different varieties. There is ample parking within the gates for 6 cars, and plenty of parking outside the compound on the cul de sac. Easy access to Malibu, Cross Creek, and all the beaches right over Topanga Canyon. There are lots of restaurants, shops, and hiking in the Canyon itself. Definitely check out Hidden Treasures, full of vintage clothing and, as the name says, treasures. Inn of the Seventh Ray is also not to be missed. The freeway entrance, which takes you to all the exciting So Cal destinations is right up the street, as are hundreds of restaurants, shopping, and various small businesses along the famed Ventura Blvd and at the lovely Topanga Canyon outdoor mall. It’s a straight shot on the freeway to downtown LA, Hollywood, Universal Citywalk, and Los Feliz’s famous Vermont Avenue, and connects to freeways for all So Cal destinations. Drive east on Ventura Blvd. will lead you down a ten-mile corridor of shops, theaters, bars, coffee shops, and restaurants. This home is also close to Calabasas and Commons Shopping Center.
