A perfect West Valley location puts you close to the fantastic restaurants of Ventura Blvd.and shopping malls. Universal Studios and Hollywood's Walk of Fame can be as close as 20 - 25 minutes away.. Malibu and Santa Monica beaches are just over the hill. The rooms are fun and have an eclectic feeling. The large kitchen opens into a family room. After sunset checkout the lights of the San Fernando Valley from the backyard and master bedroom where you can enjoy a drink on the master bedroom's balcony. Being completely transparent we are trying to conserve water, so the lawns will be replaced, but for the time being it's patchy.
