Lovely view from the room and great location next to the port!
The room didn’t provide any free bottle of water or coffee / tea like other similar properties I’ve been to, and the lift needs money to operate during most time of the week, also there isn’t any space for luggage storage. The other hotel which the host recommended me to use to store luggage (with fees) also requires coins to operate its lift in a different building, hence I didn’t end up using that hotel to store the luggage either.

The location was fantastic being right on the coast. The building and surrounding area appeared to be relatively safe. The cleaning staff was very diligent and I would always return from the day's activities to a clean room and made bed. I really liked having the balcony to relax at and look out at the city before going to bed. For the price, Mia Suites Porto punches well above its weight.
The elevator costs 20 cents to operate, and from what I could tell it takes exact change. I couldn't convince anyone to give me 20 cent coins for the elevator, so when I left or came back during the day I had to use the stairs. The rooms are on the 10th floor so this is a bit of a workout. Do note that in the evening the elevator is free, and if you are less timid than me getting 20 cent coins might be easier than it was for me.

La posizione del B&B è sicuramente ottima e la vista su Napoli è davvero molto bella. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la gentilezza del personale, che si è reso disponibile a portarci un altro cuscino e delle federe pulite dopo aver segnalato un problema.
Abbiamo riscontrato alcune criticità per quanto riguarda la pulizia, in particolare una quantità di polvere piuttosto elevata e cuscini e federe che non erano puliti come ci saremmo aspettati. Per due persone che soffrono di allergie, questo aspetto è stato particolarmente spiacevole. Anche il letto era molto duro e i cuscini estremamente piatti e sottili, rendendo il riposo poco confortevole. In bagno mancava il bagnoschiuma e avremmo apprezzato trovare qualche prodotto essenziale in più. Inoltre, l’impossibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check-out ci ha costretti a rivolgerci a un deposito esterno a pagamento. Considerando il costo del soggiorno, superiore ai 100 euro oltre alla tassa di soggiorno, ci saremmo aspettati maggiore attenzione alla pulizia, al comfort e ad alcuni servizi utili per gli ospiti.
