Im Großen und Ganzen ist es eine schöne Dachgeschosswohnung in guter Lage!

Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wie waren vor 3 Jahren schonmal in dem Gebäude, eine Etage tiefer (Wohnung blaue Lagune). Es gibt ein Stellplatz fürs Auto direkt vor der Haustür und auch für Fahrräder gibt es hinter den Garagen eine eingezäunte abschließbare Abstellmöglichkeit. Auch der angrenzende Balkon am Wohnbereich ist super, nur leider nicht überdacht.

Es gab leider nichts um unsere Badesachen zu trocknen. Im Bad fehlte ein Kosmetikeimer. Auf Nachfrage nach einem Wäscheständer und Kosmetikeimer gab es leider eine Ablehnung. In der Küche kam kaum warmes Wasser um das Geschirr zu säubern.

Unterkunft war räumlich in Ordnung, aber sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Es fehlte die Waschmaschine im Waschmaschinenraum sowie der Wäscheständer zum Trocknen der Badesachen, sowie Kehrschaufel & Besen, um den Sand zusammenzufegen. Dies waren Buchungskriterien.

Super gelegener Ferienwohnung mit kleinen Mängeln

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung war top. Der dazugehörige Stellplatz fürs Auto direkt vorm Haus. Die Größe der FW war für zwei Personen ausreichend.

In unserer Wohnung gab es keinen Geschirrspüler, obwohl in der Ausstattung aufgezählt. Leider war auch das Abwaschen problematisch, da der Durchlauferhitzer nur maximal 1,5 l heißes Wasser hergestellt hat bis dann wieder ca. 1,5 l kaltes Wasser kamen. Da fehlt der entsprechende Wasserdruck. Die Heizung lief erst am dritten Tag vernünftig, um die Wohnung richtig warm zu bekommen. Der Duschschlauch ist falsch herum angeschlossen, dadurch kann man die Dusche nicht richtig aufhängen. Das hat wohl kein Fachmann installiert. Im Schlafzimmerschrank fehlt ein Schloss. Außerdem sind die Bettdecken für die Jahreszeit Winter zu dünn. In der Küche fehlen Haken für Geschirrhandtücher. Der Kühlschrank hat zwar ein Eisfach, aber es fehlt ein Backofen zum Aufbacken oder zumindest eine Mikrowelle mit Heißluftfunktion. Des Weiteren schließt das Schloss der Eingangstür nicht richtig, es greift nicht mehr. Ein Rauchmelder fehlt in der Wohnung und bei sämtlichen Lampen fehlen die Lampengläser, außer im Bad.
