Posizione fantastica sia per la vicinanza a: Biennale, Arsenale, negozi, ristoranti sia per il tipo di quartiere. Bello uscire e trovare tranquillità. Pulito e dotato di tutto inclusi macchinetta per il caffè con cialde, aspirapolvere e ferro da stiro. Climatizzatore. Gestrice sempre presente e prodiga di consigli e suggerimenti oltre che disponibile a venirti incontro se possibile. Facile il check in e il check out.
Avrei preferito un letto anziché un divano letto e dei cuscini più consistenti. Un lavandino in bagno più grande ma capisco i limiti di spazio.

L'hôte était adorable, disponible et très réactive. De belles attentions étaient laissées, des recommandations de choses à faire et de restaurants nous ont été adressés. Elle a prit les devants pour nous contacter bien avant notre arrivée pour faciliter notre organisation.

It is a small apartment, clean, well kept, with all you need. The bathroom, shower, air condition all work nicely. The location is perfect: very close to Giardini and Via Garibaldi. 10 min. walk to Arsenale. The host was helpful and quickly available via telephone. It is in the basement - so no stairs but no sight and windows kept closed during hot season. And open during night time.
A bit difficult to find, because entrance door is on other side of building (compared to official address).
