Exceptionally clean, very well equiped. Lovely little outside space.
Parking outside a bit awkward as on a very steep slope and a few vans parked there.

Great location and outdoor space.
Clean and very easy to get in.
Left some dish washing liquid and supplies which was handy for 2 nights.
Only two rolls of toilet paper left for a group of 7 which I think is very sparse.
Very noisy beds and the bunk beds not suitable for adults which wasn't clear.

Views were great, garden was peaceful. Seaside vibe in the house, with painting etc. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms well equipped.
The sofas' were a little tired the seating sank when you sat down. The dishwasher lower rack was a pain as it wouldn't slide in and out properly.

The living space.. downstairs kitchen and living room, all in one. Very sociable. The kitchen had everything you need and a dishwasher. Good sized t.v. And comfortable seating for us all to sit. Comfortable at table or in front of tv. Patio doors led out to pretty private garden. Up lights at night. X2 bathrooms.. always a pleaser for a group. Plenty of beds and storage. Warm and comfortable . Easy access to walk into Salcombe. We had a lovely weekend.
There was plenty of space . However, one of our party didn’t have comfortable night on single bed. Suitable for a very young child. Not an adult or need new mattress. My double mattress was exquisite
