It’s a brand new hotel with excellent working facilities, and positioned right next to the Bosphorus river, and there are several amenities such as restaurants and bars nearby and within a short walking distance to the retail complex and Galata Port, I booked into the corner suite room ( Known as the junior suite) and the view overlooking the Bosphorus river is breathtaking, the receptionist Cinar and Mehmet and another young looking gentleman whom I cannot remember his name where all helpful and responded to my enquiries with a great enthusiasm and urgency, the rest of the staffs, the porter/ cleaner, the restaurant attendant Yusuf and his colleagues provided a great service whenever I asked for an assistance, my time at the hotel was short but the quality of the service received was second to none.
None to be precise apart from the size of the room which is a bit small but irrelevant if you are single, unless you are travelling as a couple.
Music noise from the bars and restaurants in the area can be very loud and disturbing at night if the windows are left open but the hotel is fitted with sound proof windows when closed.

The location is great however room six is way Less than the advertised one, next to the hotel there are night clubs that have very noisy party every day till midnight or during weekend until 2-3 am non stop. Staff are great but no gym, no swimming pool and roof restaurant is a joke.
