Extremely dirty apartment, not worth the price

Simple, straightforward check-in Great location as it is right next to Warsaw West train station, easily walkable even with big suitcases Lift was a huge plus

Upon entering the apartment, the first thing that hit us was an awful smell. Even though the windows were open, it smelled like a homeless person had just slept there. The apartment was extremely dirty. We found stains everywhere, it was not cleaned properly and looked like it was cleaned with a dirty mop and dirty cloth as there were wipe marks on the surfaces and the floors were very sticky. There were pieces of what looked like stale food in multiple places on the floor. We found stain and pubic hair in the bathtub. The bedsheets did not feel fresh, there was someone's hair in the bed and dirt. We took off the sheets at the end of our stay in hopes that the next person will sleep in fresh bedding. The washing machine does not work properly as it does not rinse the water out. The apartment really looked like it had not been cleaned at all. The dishwasher was not unloader. The stove had stains on it from whatever cleaning product they used and didn't wipe off properly. The worst part? We wrote about all this to the host, and we did not get any response from them. Only got a message, telling us about check out time. Very disappointed, the price we paid was not worth it.

Schludny czysty apartament w dobrej lokalizacji (niedaleko Dworzec Zachodni), przede wszystkim było cicho (okna wychodzą na dziedziniec). W zasadzie było wszystko co trzeba na jedna noc w Warszawie.
