clean and quiet. aircon, wifi and hot water works perfectly. breakfast is delicious. very comfortable and if you ride a bike it's easy to get around. facilities are simple and minimal but works well.
the bed squeaks with every small movements. there's a kitchen with fridge you can use but everything was sticky and a little smelly.
