CASA VACANZA DA MIGLIORARE

Buona la posizione per cui, il centro del paese, come tutti i servizi erano facilmente raggiungibili.

Le stanze ,anche se buie erano abbastanza comode però la cucina poteva essere più fornita, apprezzata la macchina a induzione però poteva esserci qualche accessorio in più,di stoviglie non c'erano molto,solo il minimo indispensabile,forse al disotto del minimo, poteva essere un po più attrezzata, e poi ogni volta che si va in una casa vacanza non c'è mai un coltello che tagli,possibile che bisogna portarsi da casa i coltelli per poter tagliare qualcosa?

La cama y el sofá-cama son cómodos. Buena calefacción. Buena atención del dueño de la casa, muy atento y amable.

No tiene microondas, no tiene armarios pero tiene muchas estanterías para apoyar la ropa.

Grand appartement en rez de chaussée avec une petite cour indépendante, dans le centre-ville. Il y a un supermarché à 5 minutes à pied. Excellent.

Mein Aufenthalt war eine Katastrophe mit persönlichem Schaden, Beleidigungen der Vermieter und Manip

Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet, die Qualität der Sitzmöbel war allerdings katastrophal und führte zu einem Unfall.

Bedingt durch nur 2 Lichtöffnungen am Anfang und Ende eines Schlauches war die Wohnung sehr dunkel und konnte nur während der Tageszeit mit vielen Lichtquellen erhellt werden. Bei Schreibarbeiten am Tisch und beim leichten Zurücklehnen auf dem Stuhl rutschte das schlecht geleimte Stuhlbein aus der Nut und ich stürzte hinterrücks mit dem Kopf auf den harten Steinfußboden, wo ich einige Minuten bewusstlos liegen blieb. und ich danach nur mit Mühe und Schwindel auf die Beine kam. Bei dem Ruf um Hilfe rief eine Nachbarin gegenüber der Straße die dringende Medzinische Hilfe (Pronto Soccorso) an, die mich mt Blaulicht in die Klinik nach Aprilia, etwa 40 km entfernt von Cisterna di Latina, transportierte. Ein Arztbericht einer mehrstündigen Untersuchung über Mitternacht liegt vor. Schwindel und Wortfindungsprobleme machten nach der Entlassung eigene Aktivitäten zur Rückkehr nach Cisterna unmöglich (ein eigenes Organisationsregime lag in der Klinik nicht vor).) Einen Klinikaufenthalt lehnte ich ab.. Nach einem Anruf wurde ich vom Sohn der Vermieterin nachts und freundlich abgeholt. Am nächsten Tag traf ich die Vermieterin und ihrem Ehepartner, ihrem Sohn und Schwiegertochter in der Wohnung. Ich wies darauf hin, dass ich nur Ansprüche auf meine Verluste erheben würde und dass wir uns in Kulanz einigen könnten. Danach begann ein unqualifiziertes Geschrei mit beleidigenden Anschuldigungen generalisierender Art gegen Deutsche im Allgemeinen: "Die Deutschen sind typische Betrüger, die Unfälle vortäuschten, um unberechtigt Geld von rechtschaffenen Italienern abzuzocken." (Ich spreche Italienisch und habe für italienische Firmen gearbeitet) Das Stuhlbein hatte ich noch vor meinem Abtransport in die Klinik gekennzeichnet mit einem Kugelschreiber und fotografiert. Am nächsten Tag bei dem Treffen stellte ich fest, dass das Stuhlbein perfekt geleimt war. Das betrachte ich als betrügerische Manipulation.
