Once we were in the unit, we were pleased with the accommodations. Plenty of space, comfortable bed, nice shower.
The instructions for getting to the unit did not mention the elevator (although right next to the big front door, up a flight of steps from street level, is an "elevator entry" right at street level). It would have been nice had that information been included. Also, the area looks run-down, but the contact person assured us we were safe leaving our car parked on the street.

Roominess and decor.
A few light bulbs were burned out. Shower needed to be scrubbed better around the edges, but overall we thought it was very clean. A couple wants were: Some type of bench for inside the shower. (To help with shaving my legs.😊 I had to be a flamingo.😂) Also would have enjoyed the use of a small chest of drawers to set suitcase on, and place clothes in.

Clean and nicely decorated with comfortable beds. We were a late arrival and they communicated exceptionally how to obtain our room.

I liked the style of the rooms
I didn't like that Booking.com listed the room inaccurately and the facility was not willing to give a discount for it. Also, it's under renovation and the room was very dusty/dirty and could have been cleaned better before our arrival. Many of the updates were nice but not installed correctly. Shower door leaked all over the floor, only 4 towels provided for 5 people as well. The area it was located was very undesirable as well. Eaglescale could do better. Low quality for over $200 per night.
