All was wonderful! The flat is better, than on photos. It is located right in the center- few minutes from metro Rustaveli. And the host is very responsive and pleasant to deal with. It is worth noting that the apartment is on the 5th floor and there is no elevator. It might be difficult with a large, heavy suitcase.

Almost everything about the place is superbe:
The location, the view, the comfort, the cleanliness, the equipment, the kitchen, and above all the host George ♥️
It looks as if it comes out of a Pinterest home decor journal 💯
Only two points to consider:
The studio is on the 3rd floor with no elevator; so if you have heavy things and luggage to move up, it would be difficult esp if you stay more than a few days🤗
And you should have your own soap and shampoo ✌️

Отдыхали в Тбилиси в конце мая. Квартиру нашли через Booking и нисколько не пожалели. Квартира находится в очень удобном месте, из окон отличный вид, в квартире есть все необходимое и можно даже сказать - она уютная, чистая, тихая, не слышно соседей, как это обычно бывает в гостиницах. Хочется снова приехать. Хозяин квартиры любезно разрешил нам заселиться раньше времени заселения ( у нас было очень раннее прибытие). И всегда был на связи для решения наших вопросов.
Не то , чтобы это не понравилось, но надо иметь в виду, что это 5-й этаж и надо подниматься пешком, может для кого-то будут трудности.
