Masakra

To był jeden z najbardziej stresujących i niekomfortowych pobytów, jakich doświadczyłam. Apartament był niezgodny z opisem, a przede wszystkim doszło do poważnego naruszenia bezpieczeństwa – ktoś wszedł do mieszkania o 5:00 rano, gdy spaliśmy. Nie zostaliśmy poinformowani, że ktokolwiek inny ma dostęp do apartamentu. To było przerażające i absolutnie nieakceptowalne. Po przyjeździe: • Otrzymaliśmy błędny kod do skrzynki na klucze – spędziliśmy ponad 2 godziny pod drzwiami, próbując się dodzwonić. • Numer kontaktowy do gospodarza okazał się ogólną infolinią, gdzie za każdym razem czekaliśmy po 20 minut i dłużej, bez skutecznej pomocy. • Dopiero kontakt z anglojęzycznym operatorem pozwolił na wejście do apartamentu. W środku: • Nie było telewizora, mimo że był pokazany na zdjęciach. • Brakowało pilota do bramy garażowej, co bardzo utrudniło parkowanie. • W wiadomości po rezerwacji wskazano błędne piętro (6), choć apartament znajdował się na 5. Wszystko to – brak dostępu, błędne informacje, brak wyposażenia oraz wtargnięcie nieuprawnionej osoby – sprawiło, że czuliśmy się zagrożeni i rozczarowani. Zmuszeni byliśmy szukać innego noclegu i domagamy się pełnego zwrotu kosztów. Absolutnie nie polecam tego miejsca.

W opisie na zdjęciach były telewizor a w rzeczywistości nie było go . Jedna kołdra na dwie osoby . Wolę by ktoś nie wchodził w białych skarpetkach do mieszkania podłogi bardzo brudne moje skarpetki po 5 minutach w mieszkaniu czarne . Nie polecam za taką cenę.

Niestety nasz pobyt pozostawił wiele do życzenia. Już przy zameldowaniu dostaliśmy tylko jeden zestaw ręczników na dwie osoby, a jedna rolka papieru toaletowego miała wystarczyć nam na cały pobyt (dwie noce). Obiecano dowiezienie brakujących rzeczy następnego dnia — i faktycznie, pojawiła się pani, której dodatkowo zwróciliśmy uwagę na ogólny brud, ale okazało się, że to nie ona była odpowiedzialna za sprzątanie tego miejsca. Największym rozczarowaniem był ogólny stan czystości — niestety panuje tu po prostu brud i zaniedbanie. Stoliki w salonie były pokryte kurzem oraz najprawdopodobniej pozostałościami po poprzednich gościach. Podobnie było z półką nad łóżkiem w sypialni — wyglądało to, jakby przez wiele miesięcy nikt jej nie przecierał. Na lustrze i drzwiach od prysznica widoczne były zacieki, odpływ był zapchany i wydobywał się z niego nieprzyjemny zapach. Mój chłopak próbował ratować sytuację, zalewając go wrzątkiem. Niestety musiałam też sama wyczyścić sedes, ponieważ pozostawiono go w bardzo nieestetycznym stanie. Z własnej inicjatywy kupiliśmy środki czystości – płyny do kurzu, ręczniki papierowe – żeby chociaż podstawowe powierzchnie, takie jak stoliki, były zdatne do użytku. Mój chłopak szorował mopem podłogę, bo szare panele były tak zabrudzone, że wyglądały jakby były ciemne z natury. Rozumiemy, że każdy może mieć gorszy dzień, ale jednak jako goście liczyliśmy na minimum komfortu i przede wszystkim podstawową czystość. Nie oczekiwaliśmy luksusów, tylko miejsca, w którym można spokojnie odpocząć bez konieczności samodzielnego doprowadzania wszystkiego do porządku zaraz po przyjeździe. Szkoda, ponieważ sam apartament oraz lokalizacja mają duży potencjał.

Zagwarantowany garaż ,stał się fikcją.

Komfortowe warunki mieszkalne. Wszystko co potrzebne do codziennego życia , w mieszkaniu jest zapewnione.W miarę spokojna okolica , blisko do komunikacji miejskiej.Czyste osiedle.

Miałem problem od pierwszego dnia pobytu z dostępem do podziemnego garażu. Miał być zostawiony w lokalu pilot do bramy wjazdowej tegoż garażu, lecz go nie znalazłem. Brak pilota niezwłocznie zgłosiłem właścicielom lokalu.Pomimo zapewnień ,że sprawa zostanie szybko załatwiona , mimo kilkukrotnego monitowania w tej sprawie , do ostatniego dnia pobytu ,nie miałem dostępu do garażu, choć miał być zagwarantowany wg umowy. Musiałem parkować na parkingu oddalonym około 500 m od osiedla.Mimo grzecznej i uprzejmej ,telefonicznej obsługi klienta , denerwujący był brak jakiejkolwiek reakcji na moje prośby. Pilot do garażu , (nie wiem jakim cudem ) znalazł się w dniu wymeldowania w skrytce na klucz . Wtedy był mi już tak potrzebny jak świni siodło😀

Komfortowe warunki mieszkalne. Wszystko co potrzebne do codziennego życia , w mieszkaniu jest zapewnione.W miarę spokojna okolica , blisko do komunikacji miejskiej.Czyste osiedle.

Miałem problem od pierwszego dnia pobytu z dostępem do podziemnego garażu. Miał być zostawiony w lokalu pilot do bramy wjazdowej tegoż garażu, lecz go nie znalazłem. Brak pilota niezwłocznie zgłosiłem właścicielom lokalu.Pomimo zapewnień ,że sprawa zostanie szybko załatwiona , mimo kilkukrotnego monitowania w tej sprawie , do ostatniego dnia pobytu ,nie miałem dostępu do garażu, choć miał być zagwarantowany wg umowy. Musiałem parkować na parkingu oddalonym około 500 m od osiedla.Mimo grzecznej i uprzejmej ,telefonicznej obsługi klienta , denerwujący był brak jakiejkolwiek reakcji na moje prośby. Pilot do garażu , (nie wiem jakim cudem ) znalazł się w dniu wymeldowania w skrytce na klucz . Wtedy był mi już tak potrzebny jak świni siodło😀
