This property should be called a boutique villa. It's a beautiful villa (not a house) with only four rooms, which offers immense privacy. The garden is beautiful and very well-maintained, and the clean pool adds to the sense of luxury. The rooms are large, minimalist in style, very clean and comfortable. It's very quiet and perfect for relaxation. The staff deserves the most attention. They treated us like family. Breakfast is delicious! Avocado toast with eggs, fruit, pancakes, and fruit juices. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. It's beautiful and very local. It's cheaper than Watamu, so it's worth shopping there and supporting the local community.
Nothing, actually. I gave the internet a 10/10 rating so as not to lower the villa's rating, because it's not their fault that there's no transmitter; the one that does exist is simply weak. You can install eSIM MobiMatter to use it outside the villa as well. With my code MZFVY39318 - $5.

This property was amazing exactly like in the pictures the rooms were wonderful and location felt so peaceful and caretakers were lovely’s thanks to Jamila making sure our stay is smooth

The pool was ok. Maybe upgrading it will be a plus
Reception was not great as the lady was not very professional. It would be nice to welcome guests, give them water or juice, check them in, and give guests orientation as you show them to their rooms. It just didn't feel like the staff were well trained to run the place.
Our room looked good on the pictures, but unfortunately, it was very musty and stuffy .The bedding was smelly, and the bathroom had mould. We had to buy cleaning products to clean and linen spray just to make it usable. I would suggest washing the bedding and airing it from time to time as this would help with the stuffiness. The storage cupboard in our room also had a pungent smell, which I think is from the wood used. Like I said, the idea of the place is good, just needs cleanliness of rooms and professional staff.
