The hotel is situated in a very convenient location, just a short walking distance from Juffair Mall, making it easy to access shopping, dining, and other amenities. The hosts were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to assist. They promptly attended to all our requirements and ensured that our stay was comfortable and hassle-free. Their hospitality and responsiveness made us feel welcomed throughout our visit. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Juffair.
The crockery and kitchen utensils need improvement. There was a noticeable shortage of plates, glasses, and spoons, which caused some inconvenience during our stay. Providing a larger and better-quality set of dining utensils would greatly improve the overall guest experience.
