Location is amazing , clean and comfortable

Great location. The embankment, bus stops, shops, and the cultural center are all nearby. Comfortable bathroom and bed.
The coffee machine doesn't work and there's no air conditioning in the heat.

Property was fine, location is good and it’s as described
The washing machine was broken. We discovered this when it wet but didn’t wash our clothes. I had to take them to a launderette which cost money and importantly time. The owner agreed to discount the price to reflect this
They then didn’t honour this agreement and I repeatedly chased for several weeks. I’ve then complained to booking.com who also haven’t been able to get them to honour the commitment. It’s not the money, it’s the principle.
