One needs a car to go anywhere because the to street is very busy and narrow.

L’ospitalità Napoletana è unica al mondo, l’appuntamento e’ grande, comodo, molto bella la terrazza e la vista meritano ma, la differenza l’ha fatta Vincenzo, abbiamo avuto qualche problema con la sistemazione delle persone ( eravamo 14 e mancava per noi una stanza) ma hanno risolto aggiungendo materassi in breve tempo, anche la lavatrice che si è rotta e’ stata aggiustata in poche ore la vigilia di Natale, ci è stato offerto vino e caffè, e al ns arrivo ci aspettavano sfogliatelle napoletane. Noi abbiamo viaggiato tanto ma nessun è mai stato così cortese ed ospitale. Andate a Napoli non ve ne pentirete!
L’appartamento è grande ma secondo me la capienza massima ( utilizzando le stanze esistenti e non occupando il salotto) e’ di 11/12 persone. Un consiglio ? Migliorerei la pulizia soprattutto dei bagni.

The accommodation is actually split into two separate apartments rather than one large unit, which was not clearly reflected in the original description. While this worked for us, it was somewhat unexpected.
We appreciated the welcome snacks and coffee, which was a nice gesture. The larger apartment offered enough space for shared meals, although it was less suitable for spending a cozy evening together.
There were, however, several aspects that could be improved. The furniture and kitchen equipment showed significant wear, and some items were either damaged or limited (e.g. very few wine glasses). We also encountered a few maintenance issues, such as a broken dishwasher and kettle, although these were addressed quickly.
Cleanliness could be improved, as we noticed some mold and ants in the kitchen. In addition, temperature control and heating were not ideal, and the apartment can be quite noisy due to the busy street.
In summary, while there were some positive touches and responsive support, the overall condition and facilities were somewhat below expectations.
