The suite was very modern and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and was clearly well managed and maintained.
The process of getting into the building needs to be improved. We arrived after 6:00 pm and found all doors locked and no instructions as to how to enter. We went next door to the jewelry store and they called the owner who was in a meek g and unavailable. I then went to the web site and called the number and finally got instructions as to how get into the building. Long after the fact I saw an email to me with the instructions but the previous correspondence should have confirmed how to enter the building and not just an email in the afternoon of our arrival. When coining to a hotel for the first time you don’t expect to be locked out and don’t expect to have to search your email for instructions.
The other issue is that there is no parking. Parking on the street is a challenge but I understand the hotel cannot solve all issues!
