La atención del hotel.
Debería de ir claramente el valor de las manillas que aunque es un costo bueno con respecto a los beneficios, es un costo muy superior a lo que se maneja en el mercado. Pero simplemente es tenerlo claro en la descripción para que no sea sorpresa al momento de llegar.

Todo, muy bonitas las instalaciones, muy cómodas y la sra Consuelo supremamente especial y diligente, la recomendo mucho!
El horario de las piscinas, debería ser un poco más excepto, al menos hasta las 10:00pm

El apartamento es muy bonito, bien cuidado y cómodo. Desde el primer momento, la atención del anfitrión fue excelente, y doña Consuelo, quien se encarga de la entrega, fue muy amable y diligente. Agradezco profundamente la disposición de ambas por hacer que mi estadía —y la de mi familia— fuera ideal.
El condominio superó nuestras expectativas: tiene zonas comunes impecables, personal muy atento y un ambiente tranquilo y seguro. Además, el lugar lo tiene todo.
Los precios en los restaurantes del lugar son asequibles y, si se busca comida típica local, en la zona de playa hay varias opciones deliciosas. Recomiendo especialmente a Vanessa del Restaurante Any: la comida es riquísima y económica.
Como única recomendación, sería bueno dejar claro desde el inicio que para acceder a las zonas comunes es necesario comprar una manilla, ya que es un requisito del condominio.

Well located, pools, roof top area was amazing
Had some miscommunication with the host about payments and was not clear in the description about my pet. No any pet is accepted in the property. You need to bring with you a letter from a doctor saying the the dog is for emotional support. We didn’t know about that but the host was very helpful in trying to get one for us. Mr Marcos very nice person and Sra Carmen very nice too
