There a manager on on arrival that gave us a tour and was very funny and kind gentleman. Once key handed, he told us the rules and for anything he could contact him or luis the owner. About the place place was perfect for our needs! The host was super responsive and friendly, and the accommodation itself was spotless. Clean to the millimetre. Loved having shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. When i come again in Venezuela this will be the place i am coming back to. Would definitely stay here again!
I would say this was a perfect stay, except we didnt find 2 towers in our check in but that was quickly resolved after mentioning to Luis.

El personal de atención siempre atento y muy cordial.
El estacionamiento, a pesar de estar siempre vacío durante mi estadía me cobraron aparte por otro vehículo que se quedó una noche. Esto sucedió porque no lo adicioné al momento de enviar todos los datos al propietario, sin embargo me pareció un poco aprovechado el cobro.
