fantastic view from the apartment (we were on level 31), fully air conditioned and had full sized fridge with well equipped kitchen. 2 pools - rooftop amazing view and larger pool on level 3. Direct access to Lalaport shopping mall.
The host didn't make any contact until the actual day of arrival, so we were a little bit worried as to how to access and pay for the accommodation. Same with check out the host was slow to tell us that the keys just need to be dropped in the post box at reception. The drains in the bathrooms smelled pretty bad. The pools were missing quite a few tiles - they were in the middle of maintenance to fix them, although only a section of the pool was closed off not the whole thing, which was good.

Die Lage war ganz gut :) der Rooftop Pool ist wirklich cool & das Gym hat eine große Auswahl!
Das Zimmer ist leider nicht wirklich sauber gewesen, vor allem das Badezimmer und die Dusche.
Hinzu kommt, dass wir leider 3/4 Tagen kein warmes Wasser hatten. Es riecht leider im ganzen Haus streng und im Zimmer somit auch.
Das Personal ist leider auch nicht so freundlich, da es auch nur aus Security Personal besteht und kein richtiges Personal vor Ort gibt - was wirklich schade ist. Beim Check in wurden wir zwar ins Zimmer geführt, aber es wurde kaum mit uns gesprochen.
Des Weiteren hatten wir gefragt, ob wir nach dem Check Out unser Gepäck da lassen können bis wir fliegen und uns nochmal vor Abreise abduschen können - umgerechnet 20€?! Wir haben uns dafür dann lieber ein neues Hotelzimmer gemietet, um ganz entspannt abzureisen.
Wir würden es nicht empfehlen und können die guten Bewertungen leider nicht ganz nachvollziehen.
