Apartment is in a very good location in a quiet neighbourhood, with local shops and coffee shops. It is clean, the bathroom is nice and comfortable, The kitchen and equipment are very good and clean, with nespresso coffee machine (including coffee and milk!), there is even a washing machine and dishwasher. The bed is very comfortable. Even though the room is in the basement, the windows aren't very close to the ground, so this isn't a problem. I appreciate that window was facing quiet shadowed garden so ti was not very hot inside.
The appartment was smaller than expected. There is some plaster peeling due to moisture, even if the apartment did not smell bad as it was during the summer. The worst thing however is the constant noise caused by the flowing wastewater passing through the pipes in the corner of the room, day and night, depending on which resident on one of the floors above you is taking a shower, using the toilet, doing laundry, or running the dishwasher. Im not a light sleeper, but this can wake you up in 2:30 am, and you just need to wait until the noise is gone.

Everything was perfect for me. The studio itself, the location (15-min tram from the center), the check in procedure, etc. Studio was spic and span clean, very well decorated, super modern style. Just cracked my top 3 of all of my favourite travel studios of all time!

Położenie, cicha ulica, blisko park, daleko od głównej ulicy. Dużo kawiarnia i restauracji. Przedwojenna architektura. Apartament estetyczny, dużo miejsca na rzeczy osobiste, wygodne łóżko.
Brak środków czystości. Brak półek pod prysznicem. Odpływ prysznica zatyka się.
