VERY POOR Probably the worst accommodation ive experienced.

Nothing really

The beds were terrible, room had no window, no door for the bathroom. The worst accommodation and definitely my last.

Unpleasant and poor condition of rooms Very bad service

Everything out of the room / building

The room was hot, very hot, no aircons, no fans unless you ask. When I did ask, I had to carry the fan myself. The shower didn't work. The water build up in the shower for a few minutes almost flooded the room. I had requested them to assist but nobody did. When I arrived again they told me the problem was fixed, but actually it was not. This was an absolute terrible stay

Great value for money

The whole place is really nice, it's comfortable, it's safe. The room itself was spacious, the bed was big, and the bathroom was nice too.

There are no windows in the room, so sometimes it gets a little warm, but nothing too crazy.

Basic accomadation

Good Location and good cleanliness and good bedding .Staff friendly and establisihment was clean and comfortable .Reception virtaully all hours and coffee was on hand in the reception.Tv with netflicks

The room. No windows, it’s too small n doesn’t have a cupboard

Best for money accommodation and the location as well it is superb I loved it.

It was clean at all times, WiFi in good working order, staff were helpful when you needed help, I loved working TV in the room, own bathroom, I loved my privacy.

Using of fan due to they were no windows, I caught flue that I didn't like.

Tinashe at reception was very nice and accommodating. Very welcoming too.

The bed is extremely hard and uncomfortable. There is no ventilation and there was loadshedding at 2am and we couldn’t use the fan that Tinashe provided. The rules say no smoking but we could smell cigarette smoke in our room. The room was extremely hot!! The shower wasn’t clean we showered wearing our flip flops. The property needs to work on a few things.

Was this an upgrade scam?

Location is good

Room was a box with no windows or ventilation!!! I would not take it and was told I'd lose my money! I upgraded to a room with windows for R150.00 This was tiny too... It felt like I'd been scammed!

The location is good I had cup of tea anytime

The advertisment of the rooms in the web doesn't much with what is available on site. The room doesn't not have windows, at all and no cooling system The said private Toilet is not standard, there is no closed doorway in between. The room was not comfortable due to the lack air freshener
