No estaba lejos del centro, en un barrio con muchos servicios.

Estaba en un quinto y el ascensor era muy antiguo y no iba bien. La cocina era muy pequeña No había nada para limpiar o recoger. Éramos 3 y dejaron toallas y sábanas para dos.

Ci è piaciuto molto la posizione strategica per riuscire a muoversi facilmente in tutta la città.

La porta del terrazzo non si chiudeva.

地理位置挺好的，楼下餐厅吃饭有很多选择，对面公园和小区游乐场，如果带小孩的话，很好玩

卫生间马桶没有坐垫圈，十分不适应，另外就是客厅的灯坏了，没有及时修理，不太方便

The location was really good, the apartment was spacious enough for our need, got an iron and the kitchen had the basic stuff to make anything you need.

The communication on a human level was non existent. I've contacted the property a couple of times via booking.com to see if checking in an hour earlier was possible but never got a response which was disappointing - a simple "no" answer would have sufficed. All the messages and insturctions received were automated and scheduled which explained things. Also, the kitchen wasn't as clean as it should be on check in. There were bits on the floor and in the drawers so had to wash things before using them. The coffee and tea cupboard wasn't cleaned either... There was no hand soap in the bathroom, come on it doesn't cost much!
