The room was comfortable and cosy. The ladies working at the bar, where we collected they keys, were extremely friendly and helpful. They accompanied us to the accommodation, answered all our questions and did their best to resolve the issue we encountered. We really appreciated their kindness and assistance.
Unfortunately, the accommodation did not match the layout advertised on Booking.com. We had booked an apartment with a separate bedroom and living room with a sofa bed, but this was not what we found upon arrival. Although the staff kindly found a solution, it involved paying an additional 40 euros for another room. This was an unexpected and frustrating situation, particularly when travelling with family.
