Magnifique hôtel et jardin avec des colibris qui viennent butiner les fleurs. Meilleur accueil que nous avons eu en Colombie. Les propriétaires se démènent pour vous faire plaisir et cuisinent bien.
s'il faut dire une chose mais c'est accessoire, peut être réparer le souci d'eau chaude du jacuzzi

Staff was courteous ans welcoming. Breakfast included was delicious. Location is good, centrally located.
Road to reach the hotel was treacherous, requires careful driving. We arrived st night and it was not well lit. Beds were a bit hard specifically the double bed included in the family room. There were only two outlets. With 5 people it was difficult to charge phones. TV included only local channels. We wanted to use our Netflix account but were unable to do so.

This amazing, natural retreat is a hotel/ restaurant that offers wonderful service and delicious food! In addition, there are so many varieties of birds and flowers! Our Cornell Bird ID picked up 18 different birds in our first 5 minutes. The service is excellent! Katherina and John are extraordinary hosts. Franny shared so much knowledge of natural remedies made from plants. The beds are firm and comfortable. The rooms are clean. I love the dogs: Bruno and Milo. There are cute rabbits on the property.
The personal attention of the staff was more than memorable! We felt so special and cared for! The bird songs throughout the day was lovely!
Being super picky. Only things that might be improved- Lower rooms are accessible by a slightly uneven path. Very rough driveway. No hot water in bathroom sinks.
