We went for staycation for 3 nights to celebrate my partner's birthday but we went in a a wrong timing (It was haze period).
This is our impression about the hotel facilities and the hotel services.
Friendly customer services.
When I requested drink water bottles and ice bucket, it took 10 minutes for them to deliver to my room.
They also provide excellent service on helping us to decorate my partner's birthday decoration stuff in the room in a short period of time.
Ideal location.
It located close to restaurants (Italian, Greek, Mediterranean & Korean cuisine) by walking.
20 minutes walk from the hotel to Suria KLCC. Don't think it is good idea to take cab especially the traffic around the KLCC is always congested.
Quick check-in & check-out.
It took me 3 - 5 minutes to check in and out.
Overall, my partner & I are very happy with the hotel services and the stay. Will come back for the next staycation.

very friendly and helpful staff, we had a long stay and the Chef was very kind to ask about what we wanted prepared just to make us comfortable. They were very keen on ensuring that our tables were reserved as we had a particular time for our meals. Breakfast was always the highlight for us. Congratulations guys.

The location was the best about it, together with the fantastic breakfast.
The second bedroom they provided us was very nice.
The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, dirty, they had to change rooms for us.
The constant bad smell in the bedroom ruined the vacation experience for us, together with the bed smell of the sheets.
Shame as it is something we don't expect in a 5 star hotel.
There was nothing in the mini bar also.
