The host was waiting for us to arrive and didn't rush us at all even though it was late. Throughout our whole stay they inquired about how well it was going. We had all the amenities (especially the AC) working perfectly, except the vacuum sometimes but we didn't actually need it. The place was very clean and we had a great deal of privacy even though the apartment was attached to the house. It felt like we had our own place.
In addition, the location was great, even for someone that didn't have a car, because the bus stop was very close and the shops were easily accessible by walk.
We were very comfortable, the couch was great, and the TV and AC were much appreciated. We even had a good fan in the bedroom.
If you have anyone coming to stay in Melbourne for a while, I would definitely give this place a try. It was worth every cent.
