Wir wurden von Frau Orietta trotz unserer verspäteten Ankunft am Abend sehr freundlich empfangen. Sie hat auf uns gewartet, uns die Schlüssel persönlich übergeben und ist anschließend sogar mit uns zur Garage gefahren, da diese hinter dem Bahnhof liegt und aufgrund von Baustellen etwas schwieriger zu erreichen war.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr praktisch: Sie befindet sich direkt gegenüber vom Bahnhof und trotzdem ist die Garage zu Fuß in weniger als fünf Minuten erreichbar, da man einfach durch die Unterführung des Bahnhofs gehen kann. Das Zentrum und die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind einfach und fußläufig erreichbar.
Frau Orietta war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns viele tolle Tipps für Bologna gegeben. Bei Fragen war sie jederzeit schnell erreichbar. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl und gut betreut gefühlt.
Die Gegend am Bahnhof wirkte abends, wie in vielen Städten, etwas unsicher. Während unseres Aufenthalts haben wir jedoch keinerlei negative Erfahrungen gemacht.
Die Bettlaken waren etwas abgenutzt und könnten bei Gelegenheit erneuert werden.

Being so close to the central station made my trip incredibly easy. I could hop on trains, and airport shuttles fast.
The flat itself was spotlessly clean, modern, and surprisingly quiet despite being so close to the train station. You have everything you need for a perfect stay: kitchen, Wi-Fi, air conditional, etc. Check-in instructions are clear.
I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bologna
maybe the sofa bed needs a replacement in the near future
