This 100 year old cottage has newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. It is located in walking distance to historic downtown Batesville, restaurants, grocery stores, library, shopping, churches, Maxfield Park, and the entertainment district.

It was a wonderful place to stay. We were traveling with two elderly family members who both use a scooter walker which is stressful, this home was incredible accommodating. The ease of getting into the house and the ease for them to maneuver around inside without feeling cramped. The home was clean and exceeded our expectations! The front patio was where we started our day having breakfast and ended the day on the back patio chatting with one another. We would gladly stay here again. It is better to stay in a place that makes you feel right at home and not a stuffy hotel!

This home was exactly as described, if not better. The host was very proactive and sent all information needed, as well as detailed instructions on locating the property, well in advance so check in was a breeze and our stay was completely stress free.

This cozy cottage was clean, well kept and had everything we needed! On site laundry was super helpful given we came for a few days. Would definitely recommend this rental to others coming to the area.
