The marina was lovely and there is a big new construction project going on there. The boat has unfinished ceilings over the main bed. Overall those things would have been passable had there been an accessible bathroom. When I told the host that the fob (meant for accessing the marina bathrooms) was not working she questioned my honesty. My husband and I had to use the trash bucket as a pisswa and take off early in the morning to find a cafe with a bathroom. Really? Come on people. . .

Unique experience for us staying on a boat. Would not describe as luxe, but was clean and comfortable for the night. Thankfully host response was quick, as directions to key lockbox, boat itself and restrooms were very lacking and confusing. (Honestly we thought we were stuck with the portable toilets nearby before I reached out again that evening asking about the shower) Not host’s fault but no hot water in men’s shower. Plenty of blankets kept us warm and enough towels for both of us.

This wasn't exactly as advertised. The boat is small and falling apart, from the ceiling to the table. My fiance is 6ft and had trouble moving about the boat. It wasn't listed that you would have to walk down the dock, across a parking lot that's under construction, and into a locked bathroom (so don't forget the key). If I was in town longer that 2 nights, I personally would have left.

Hi - this is a small boat, which is clean and neat and functions well. It's a little rustic, but a really cool place to stay in a good area. Grab a Lime scooter from anywhere around the block and the whole area up to Santa Monica becomes accessible.

The marina is a great place to be able to stay but the listing was misleading. It said there was a toilet but the bathroom is out the marina gate and nearby; as a solo female I was not comfortable going out there in the middle of the night. If this is remodeled I wonder what it was like before? It did have a new kitchen faucet. But it was fun to do something different.

It seems that there were some issues with acquiring towels and other toiletries. It appears that there was also a large abundance of construction guys loitering around the property. The parking lot seemed to be partially closed during the day and I had to drive under a large scoop of rubble (probably an OSHA violation).

The sailboat was great, no engine but some of the individuals around the area were not. The sailboat did have a bathroom nearby but there were only two towels provided. Also, it seems that there were a lot of old guys that would constantly follow me around. I'm not sure if their wives would ask them to harass me. It appears that there was a lot of construction going on and the door was left open several times. The sailboat was nice and cold. A lot of construction workers that made a lot of noise.
