Situated just steps away from University life and waiting to host you is ‘The Boyd Cottage’ located in the coveted Southridge Historic community. The home has been completely and meticulously renovated by a local interior designer. No detail was spared in refurbishing this historic custom home. Gather family and friends to enjoy classy and comfortable accommodations for your next visit to Norman. ✨Property Highlights: 🏠The Boyd Cottage welcomes you to an immaculate 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom, two living area home, with a fully equipped kitchen and formal dining area, along with a laundry room, large backyard and adequate on property guest parking. 🍽️ Open-Concept Living/Dining/Kitchen Area: The heart of this home is designed for entertaining. In addition to a large, comfortable sitting area located just inside the entrance of the home, you will find a second living area and dining room off the kitchen, that is perfect for spending quality time with family and friends. - Two 65" Smart TVs - Living room furnishings include a variety of seating options, including two couches, multiple chairs and ottomans - Game table and a variety of board and card games - Dining table with seating for 8-10 - Kitchen bar seating for 2 - Fully-equipped kitchen with top-notch appliances and cooking essentials 🌳 Outdoor Oasis: The large shaded backyard offers extended living and entertaining space. Utilize the new natural gas grill and outdoor dining area to prepare and enjoy a delicious meal. This house is perfect! I hope to be back again in the spring! No detail was left out in designing, decorating, and planning for guests to stay in this conveniently located home. We were able to walk to Campus Corner easily. Plenty of parking and space for entertaining!

Everything at this house was amazing. Spotless! The AC was super cold, beds were comfy, lots of games, all the appliances you need to cook. We had an amazing time. Owners were super responsive and even left us a welcome basket with goodies. THAT’S a FIRST!!! Can’t wait to go back!
