Failure to disclose pets, properly pick up after pets, crate pets when left unattended at the property, keep pets on a leash at all times, or failure of the owner to in any way manage their pets appropriately as deemed by the host will result in a penalty/fee starting at double the standard cleaning fee. Please note if the pet is a shedding breed, pets are not allowed in the beds and there are sheets available, the bottom shelf in the hall closet, with ducks on them, to be placed on the couch for the pets to be able to be on the couch.
