NO PARTIES ALLOWED - Under no circumstances are parties allowed on the property. If a party is held, the police will be called, and the reservation will be immediately canceled without refund. Additionally, an extra cost of $1,000 imposed by the HOA, plus $300 for extra cleaning, will be charged. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND inside the house- $200 Deodorization additional fee will be charged if any smoking is done inside the house. NO PETS ALLOWED- $250 Pet cleaning fee will be charged if there is evidence of pet in the property. PARKING- Space for maximum of 4 cars. 2 Parked inside garage and 2 parked on the driveway. Absolutely NO blocking neighbors driveways or streetside parking. (Per HOA regulations, cars will be towed at owner's expense).
