Relax in this spacious and serene space. Waterfront property with a 40' dock installed. This house has Oneida Lake in the backyard, perfect for fishing year round. A deck overlooks the lake in the back of the house along with a BBQ grill, a fire pit, and a picnic table. There is a canoe available for guest use.
A game room has a full-size air hockey table, foosball table, dart board, and board games. There are 2 smart TVs and Wi-Fi. Off-street parking in front of the house. It is 20 minutes to downtown Syracuse via Rt.81.

We came up for parent's weekend at S.U. If you don't mind staying a little further from the University this is a great location. Easy access to I81 and a short 20 minute ride. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The location on the lake is amazing, be sure to catch the sunrise!. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. My main concern was the lack of smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. I found one smoke detector. also, It's listed as a 4 bedroom but the lower bedroom is really a closet with no window in the room. The other bedrooms do not have egressable windows. As a firefighter these safety concerns stick out to me. The host had snacks, games, spices, condiments, coffee clean towels and sheets and the beds were super comfortable.

It was awesome!! Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all the things!! Was just a quick back to school shopping trip and fair!!
