Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.
- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

This was the cutest little home. Loved how they updated it. We only slept in the room behind the front sitting area, but the bed was very comfortable. The entire home was perfect for our weekend getaway. Convenient to Main street.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I have stayed in many short-term rentals. This was, by far, the best I have stayed in. The house was immaculate and so well decorated. I really can't come up with anything that wasn't absolutely perfect. Two bedrooms with really comfortable beds, two bathrooms (en suites) with walk-in showers, 2 living areas and a great kitchen. The location was perfect as well. I will absolutely stay here again. Thank you for your lovely home. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

This was our second year in a row to stay here. It’s perfect for our needs. It’s well furnished, comfortable, and everything worked. We each had our own room, plus two living areas. Plenty of room for “alone” time if desired.

Charming historical property in a safe and well-kept neighborhood close to shops and restaurants. The house reflects the character of Fredricksburg, yet provides every modern amenity for ease of stay. The bathrooms and kitchen were updated, impeccably clean and well appointed. I can’t say enough about the care taken with this property, including the maintenance, communication and check-in procedures. Just wow!
