If you are travelling with additional vehicles, to ensure that no vehicles are impeding the neighbour's driveway, we kindly ask that you park along the fence line as you are entering the complex. There’s also space to picnic and burn off some energy at the children’s playground. Plenty of parking is available. ● The Farmer’s Market: Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning at the Invermere Farmer’s Market. ● Radium Hot Springs (17 mins): In less than 20 minutes, you can be at Radium’s famous natural hot springs. Here you can plan to head over with the family and experience soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. ● The Whiteway (2 mins): If you’re visiting during the winter, do not miss out on experiencing The Whiteway - a 30km multi-use trail groomed for cross-country skiing and skating. It was granted the world record as the world’s longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records. You can find an access point at Windermere Beach and Kinsmen Beach. You can walk to downtown Invermere in a few minutes and be around some of the best restaurants in the Valley! The location is walkable to the area's top amenities, but a car is recommended to explore the full Valley. 1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day. 2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 9 people. 3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal. 4. No pets of any kind are allowed on the property. 5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest. 6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee. 7. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use, it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on for 20 minutes. Please leave the lid open for 45 minutes and remember to close the lid to avoid turning it into a cold plunge! We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours following the chlorine cycle. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance and/or a full drain and refill, there will be an additional charge of $400.00.
