If early check-in is available, guests will be charged a fee of $25 per hour up until the normal check-in time. Early check-ins will not be allowed before 8 am. LATE CHECK-OUTS Guests can request late check-outs within 2 days of their departure. Late checkouts are not guaranteed, and we cannot approve any late check-outs before this 2-day window. If late check-out is available, guests will be charged a fee of $25 per hour after the normal 11 a.m. check-out time. Late checkouts will not be allowed past 4 p.m. **Guests who check out late without our approval will be charged a $200 fee. This strict rule is put in place to give the cleaners enough time to clean the property and replenish supplies before the next guest arrives. ** ** We follow best-in-class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe, and memorable stay with Unlock Stay properties; hence, our home security systems include entry sensors and an active, recording audio and video device at the front door. Tampering with either device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fine. Tampering includes but is not limited to: covering, blocking, turning, or removing.
