Unfortunately, was given a room that had an adjoining door to another room. At approximately midnight, two guests arrived to their room and had very load conversation that lasted 3.5 hours! They were obviously heavily inebriated! It sounded as if they were outside my door. After finally getting a bit of sleep, in the early morning, I was awakened to one of those vomiting profusely. The up-chucking last intermittently for 45 minutes. A perfect night!

We had a good stay at this property. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the lack of housekeeping. We paid a decent price and not even our trash was taken out. I didn’t expect new linens or towels but housekeeping did not stop by to check in. Our room was a little run down with stains on the carpet and the bed room door didn’t close completely. Otherwise, it was clean, nice, and quiet. Location is the key to this property and staff were great.

Very nice property within walking distance of several downtown restaurants and shopping. Property looks new and very clean and staff always friendly. Enjoyed our stay and will come back when traveling to Carrollton.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was overall solid, though our TV was messed up and kept turning on and off constantly but thankfully we didnt really need it. Toilet paper holder was almost falling off the wall and was a small leak in the roof near window. Overall, just really minor issues for an overall solid experience. Would absolutely stay here again

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We traveled with our 13-month old and used the Pack’n’play provided by the hotel which worked out perfectly (we just brought our own fitted sheet for it as the hotel did not provide one). The room was clean and had everything we needed to make our 2-night stay comfortable. The best perk of the hotel was the fact it was within walking distance of Downtown Carrollton- cafes, restaurants, shops, music & more! We really enjoyed our stay!

This property delivers on (almost) every aspect of a Courtyard property. The rooms are updated, the hotel is clean, reception was one of the best I’ve ever received and comfortable beds. Had it not been for the bartender who must have been having a bad day and wanted to do more arguing than practicing kindness and hospitality, I would have given five stars. But this all comes down to training and hiring and it’s a tough environment these days. Very nice property.

This is an excellent choice for a place to stay in Carrollton. It is clean and the staff was very helpful. The drawback for me was two fold. The only breakfast option was the Bistro and the prices were high. Other options were available in Carrollton for a great breakfast, so I will stay at the Courtyard again.

I did not stay long, but I enjoyed every second of it. The afternoon staff, despite their exhausted demeanor, were quite considerate. They even introduced themselves which made me feel like I was in a friendly environment. Overall, albeit my short stay, no real complaints. If this establishment maintains this kind of quality then I might have to vacation there frequently.
