Convenient, comfortable and clean

The location and the cleanliness

Being on the 5th floor hearing the humming noise at night from I guess the air conditioning units and toilets running all night in the bathroom.

Wouldn’t do it again. Cost verses amenities was not comparable.

Property was clean. Beds were nice

Pictures were deceiving. Rooms were way smaller than in the photos. The same goes for the pool an fitness area. The indoor pool was around 60-65 degrees which originally was the only reason I chose the hotel. I swam for 3-5 minutes an didn’t get back in.

Relaxing, quiet but "restaurant" missed the mark.

The staff, all of them, were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is great for anyone who is able to walk a short distance. There are several wonderful restaurants in a short walking distance.

I chose this hotel specifically because it stated it had a restaurant because I can't walk long distances. The restaurant in more of a snack bar very limited meals and they didn't have everything that was listed. But the staff were very sweet and tried to meet my needs. I also paid extra for what I thought was a buffet breakfast but that wasn't the case. Again, my choices were limited but the staff very professional, friendly, and flexible.

it was a very nice. I will stay there again if and when I have to come back for more training.

it was extremely clean and convenient to eating places and my location for my training for work!

the room didn’t have the travel toothpaste already in the room, I had to go down stairs to desk and get some. I think it needs to be included in the room with the many lotions for folks like me that run off and forget their toothpaste.

Gangsters. They have charged twice for my booking and we are really struggling to get the money back. Unresponsive and unethical. Avoid this hotel

Overall great place to stay

Staff were amazing.

Interesting- rooms were thin walls. You could hear a lot of what was going on in hallway and tv from other room.

Best staffing, great rooms, excellent location!

The staff you have at this location are awesome! Everyone was welcoming and helpful in any way they could.

It seemed that the computer system wasn't always working well. Some confusion with reservations, not only ourselves but another family friend had issues regarding finding their reservation.

1- night stay ruined because of last minute room change without my knowledge... Will never return

Convenient to the nearest highway

I didn't like that my room was changed when I got here. My husband and I was moved from our KING ROOM to a double Queen room, at the same rate. I was not informed of this info, until I checked in my room... Unsatisfied with that service, won't be coming back.

food / breakfast and meals were the only problem we has They have a "bistro" there not a big menu and way over priced then the waiter told us on the 12.00 hamburger is a pre cooked patty!!!! ok and for our free breakfast which we got from booking thru Booking they charged us which upset my daughter then she checked and took the food off maybe nee a better way to communicate that
