Well when we showed up the place hadn’t been cleaned but I emailed the guy and he had it cleaned the next day. Some of the towels had hair on them but we had enough that we threw them in the hamper. Also one of my cars got towed in the parking lot because the tag had expired and forgot to put on new sticker. We had to pay $250 to get the car back. That makes no sense. No warning or anything just gone the next morning. I will say that the communication was great between the owner and myself.
